The ONE Photo That Proves CNN is a Joke

By Gary McIntyre

It’s been jokingly called the “Clinton News Network” for years – and CNN just proved once again that it’s nothing more than a mouthpiece for the Democratic Party.

The network was caught red-handed trying to bury a story that made Democrats – and former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton – look bad.

And we caught ‘em.

CNN reporters were drooling yesterday over news that Paul Manafort and two of his associates were indicted as part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian election meddling.

Manafort briefly served as President Donald Trump’s campaign chief last year.

Of course, a major Democratic Party operative could soon find himself in handcuffs, too – and CNN did everything it could to hide it. Just look at yesterday’s homepage.

It’s filled with breathless reporting on indictments… hidden millions… and lying to the FBI.

And, of course, buried on the bottom of the news is the cryptic headline, “Tony Podesta leaves namesake lobbying firm.”

Sounds like he’s retiring… or maybe getting ready to start a new career.

Not exactly.

As has been widely reported, Tony Podesta – head of the lobbying firm The Podesta Group and brother of John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chair – is a major target of Mueller’s investigation.

He’s reportedly leaving The Podesta Group before he is indicted, and it was reported yesterday that the organization may even change its name to avoid the coming bad publicity.

But CNN, naturally, didn’t mention in its headline that Podesta is a major Democratic operative… that he’s linked to the Clinton campaign… or that he could soon find himself in handcuffs.

It looks like CNN didn’t want to report the story at all.

No, Tony Podesta is not simply “leaving his namesake lobbying firm.” He’s practically running from a burning building – thanks to a fire he allegedly started.

Of course, CNN doesn’t want you to know that.

And if Podesta is eventually arrested, expect CNN to give the story as little coverage as it can.
