Hillary CAUGHT in Bizarre FBI Plot?!

Hillary Clinton

It’s been a bad few months for former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton – and it looks like things are about to get A LOT worse.

Clinton’s book on the 2016 election was roundly panned as being whiny and irrational. The U.S. Department of Justice has opened a probe into the Clinton Foundation.

And now it looks like Clinton and her cronies were… again… caught making a bizarre effort to meddle in an FBI investigation.

Except this time, it appears that money changed hands.

According to recently released Congressional transcripts from 2017, a firm that received a fortune from Clinton’s campaign tried to halt the FBI investigation into Clinton’s mishandling of classified information.

Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson admitted to Congress that his firm was involved in an effort to prevent the FBI from re-opening an October 2016 investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server.

Fusion GPS is the firm behind the infamous “Trump Dossier,” which included scandalous – and since discredited – allegations about President Donald Trump.

Simpson, in testimony just released this week, admitted that Christopher Steele (who wrote the Trump Dossier) contacted the FBI to express concerns about the agency taking a fresh look at Clinton’s emails.

As Breitbart first reported, Steele, “reached out… to investigators to cast doubt on the Clinton investigation.”

Of course, there’s one BIG problem with that.

It was revealed in 2017 that Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee secretly helped fund Fusion GPS and the work on the Trump Dossier.

So a company that was quietly receiving cash from Clinton’s campaign tried to quash a damaging federal investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server.

It’s not your classic pay-off scheme with a duffel bag full of cash in a dark alley.

But money appears to have been exchanged between Clinton’s campaign and an entity that then tried to inject itself into a federal probe on her behalf (with almost nobody knowing that they were secretly working together).

And it’s hard to imagine Fusion GPS or Steele getting involved if there hadn’t been a financial relationship with Clinton’s campaign.

They presumably didn’t do it out of the goodness of their hearts.

Are we looking at some sort of indirect pay-off? Or a classic “you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours” arrangement that makes average Americans hate politics?

America deserves to know. Congress still hasn’t fully gotten to the bottom of the reported financial relationship between Clinton’s campaign and Fusion GPS.

But it’s high time they did.
