Think Democrats are worried about the upcoming November elections?
They are SO desperate to get members of their own party to vote… top Democrats are LITERALLY issuing threats at the female voters they are counting on to support them.
It’s no secret that Democrats continually stoop to doom-and-gloom when trying to convince voters in their own party to side with them.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi declared President Trump’s tax cuts as “Armageddon.”
When the Senate GOP was discussing President Trump’s health care bill, Democrats responded by saying, “Hundreds of thousands of people will die.”
And then there was this childish display…
Last week, Keith Ellison, the deputy chairman of the Democratic National Committee said, “Women are dying because we are losing elections… we don’t have the right to lose a damn election. We have to win.”
According to Breitbart, Ellison also said that maternal mortality is rising in predominately-GOP states such as Texas and Missouri, attempting to link Republican electoral wins to the rising maternal mortality rate in the U.S.
Was Ellison seriously trying to conjure up some kind of ridiculous threat that if women DON’T vote for Democrats this fall, their very lives are at risk?
Sure sounds like it.
But here’s the thing about Ellison’s divisive comments… liberal policies don’t have a good track record when it comes to improving their lives.
According to a report from economist Stephen Moore, during Barack Obama’s two terms as president, “women suffered steeper declines in take home pay than men. Women also experienced sharper declines in employment and a faster rise in poverty. … On Mr. Obama’s watch, 2 million more women slipped into poverty. The poverty rate among women reached 16.1 percent — the highest level in the 20 years prior to his disastrous presidency.”
Of course, Democrats conveniently won’t mention this to women they are pandering to.
Seems like Democrats have no REAL policies in place to improve women’s lives... but they’ll certainly scare women into thinking they do.
