Special Counsel Robert Mueller has FINALLY comes to his senses.
While Mueller and his team continue their Russia investigation, he does not consider President Donald Trump a criminal target.
Hear that? That’s the sound of millions of Trump-hating liberals losing their minds.
According to a recent Washington Post report, Mueller informed Trump’s attorneys last month that he is continuing to investigate but does not consider Trump a criminal target at this point.
Perhaps Mueller has finally come to the realization that he has absolutely nothing on Trump and can’t prove Russia affected the 2016 election in any way.
Mueller has already wasted months and millions of dollars on his bogus Russia probe.
But at least there is an admission from Mueller that the president is clear of any criminal wrongdoing… which Trump has maintained from the beginning.
According to Fox News, Mueller said he needs to interview Trump in order to complete a report he will present to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who is overseeing the investigation and who could decide to make Mueller's report public.
Trump has "privately expressed relief" at Mueller's description of his legal status. But some advisers continue to warn that Mueller can’t be trusted, so Trump won’t let his guard down for any interview.
This is something Trump will keep a close eye on given Mueller’s track record of bending… and even breaking… legal protocol to keep his investigation above water.
Just yesterday we reported that Mueller requested that a judge waive Alex Van Der Zwaan’s right to file a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request.
Van Der Zwaan, the 33-year-old Dutch lawyer who was charged by Mueller for his role in the Russia investigation, is another example of a public figure who was charged by Mueller despite not being involved in any collusion.
Throughout Mueller’s fraud of an investigation, he has a history of saying one thing and doing another.
While Mueller’s admission about President Trump is long overdue (and 100% right), you know Trump will be keeping a close eye on him… as he should!
