2020 hopeful Bernie Sanders wants you to believe he’s looking out for everyday Americans with his radical policies.
But what he doesn’t want you to know, is just how far he’s willing to go to take the freedom away from those same Americans, and turn the nation into a down-right communist state.
And this secret 30-year relationship with a foreign enemy proves it.
Perhaps Senator Sanders relationship with Russia began during his honeymoon…
But according to Politico, there’s hours of video footage that links the presidential candidate to Russia over three decades.
As reported by Breitbart, the Sanders recorded journey with Russia began in 1988 when Bernie and his wife Jane, traveled to Yaroslavl.
Here’s footage reported by Politico:
The mood is festive as the two bestow the items: A Beatles album, a red “Bernie for Burlington” button, “delicious Vermont candy” and a tape of tunes Sanders recorded himself with fellow artists from Vermont, among other goodies.
“I have met many fine mayors in the United States,” Sanders says, “but I want to say that one of the nicest mayors I’ve ever met is the mayor of Yaroslavl.”
At another point, a member of Sanders’ delegation hands a Russian woman a small American flag. “If you’re wondering what’s wrong with capitalism, it’s made in Hong Kong,” he jokes. “Sorry about that.”
While some of the footage has already been released and gone viral, some shocking footage captures a young Bernie discussing turning Burlington Vermont and Yarolavl Russia into a “sister city.”
Sanders even stated in a speech later on, “By encouraging citizen-to-citizen exchanges – of young people, artists and musicians, business people, public officials, and just plain ordinary citizens… we can break down the barriers and stereotypes which exist between the Soviet Union and the United States.”
Politico reported that, “the video paints a fuller picture of why Sanders ventured to the land of America’s No. 1 enemy in the midst of the Cold War, the anti-war idealism that fueled his journey, and what he found when he got there.”
The footage also shows a number of images with “shrines to Lenin” – Russia’s ruthless dictator – as well as the extreme poverty Russia still faces, including people waiting in line for rations.
The worst part of this footage?
This is something Sanders has been planning for the U.S. for decades and he’s pretty close to obtaining it.
