Tensions within the Democratic Party are rising… FAST.
At the beginning of the year, there were clear signs of division amongst Party leaders and “newcomers.”
Now that division is tearing right through the presidential election and it’s gearing up to be a fight between Democrats and socialists.
Like the latest riff between Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders…
Sanders is desperate to get back to the number 1 spot for the Democratic candidate, but he’s got some serious catching up to do with Biden. And it seems his latest stunt was to throw his socialist minions – like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez – right at Biden.
Despite Biden calling himself a progressive, there’s no doubt he sees that nothing good could come from the extreme radicals within his party.
As first reported by the Free Beacon, Biden pushed back at his party’s progressives telling them they should “calm down a little bit.”
This came about while the former Vice President spoke to reporters on Tuesday in New Hampshire regarding comments from his Party’s’ socialists – Ocasio-Cortez and Sanders.
Ocasio-Cortez took a shot at Biden when she stated, “I’ll be damned… if the same politicians who refused to act are going to try to come back today and say we need a middle of the road approach to save our lives.”
In a similar fashion, Sanders took to Twitter claiming, “there’s no ‘middle ground’ when it comes to climate policy” …
There is no “middle ground” when it comes to climate policy. If we don't commit to fully transforming our energy system away from fossil fuels, we will doom future generations. Fighting climate change must be our priority, whether fossil fuel billionaires like it or not.

According to the report, Biden’s “middle of the road” statement was twisted by the socialist… no surprise there.
Biden reportedly pushed back and corrected Ocasio-Cortez’s quote and basically told them to get their facts straight.
“You never heard me say ‘middle of the road’… Tell her to check the statement that I made and look at my record. She’ll find that nobody has been more consistent about taking on the environment and a green revolution than I have,” said Biden.
He later closed by saying, “so, it’s a long campaign, and uh, everybody should just calm down… They should calm down a little bit and take a look at my record. There’s nothing middle of the road about my record on the environment. Nothing.”
